May 2013 – a first for Jane Allan  & Charlotte Saint Jean but an amazing fusion of enthousiasm and knowledge was enjoyed by all.

Despite the terrible weather conditions outside there was sunhine and laughter all the way during the retreat with 7 students working very hard over the 5 days at Le Mournet with three intense cooking days included. The food was totally delicious as my facebook page proves and everyone left with their head, heart and body full of spices, balanced doshas and a deeper idea of what they should and shouldn’t be doing in their home life.

There are plans to repeat the experience next year around 28th May – 1st June so book early as spaces are limited.
