The Experience
The yoga experience – the ancient practise of Yoga works on therapeutically aligning the spine, on strengthening & purifying the body & mind and on removing mental & physical clutter. It is a personal holistic journey and one to be enjoyed over a lifetime. Yoga can be enjoyed by all - the Hatha Yoga postures combine with breath, purification practises and meditation to create deep mental and physical well-being & inner awareness. Body and mind are aligned and in tune. Practise leads to a greater understanding of physical and mental limitations, to surpassing these limitations and to getting out of our own way!
The yoga-with-altitude experience - Classic hatha yoga postures combine with vinyasa flow and ashtanga yoga techniques and create a flowing harmony in the body´s movement & a mental stillness in the mind. Our path is one of developing inner & outer strength, harmony & fluidity in body and mind, greater control of the breath & a positive mental outlook. The union of force, flexibility and fluidity & the harmony of breath linked to movement form the core for our yoga sessions.
We integrate the benefits of yoga into our daily lives & our various sporting/natural activities embracing nature and the outdoors, seeking the flow of energy from inner to outer, enjoying life to the full.
